  2. Find the order you wish to return and click “Request Return”

  3. Select a reason for return and upload relevant photos (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

  4. Submit your request — we’ll review it within 1–2 business days

  5. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions

  6. Please ship the item back within 7 days and keep your tracking number

📦 Return Policy:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Shipping fees: We cover return shipping for quality issues; other reasons require customer to pay
