We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange. Here’s how it works:

✅ How to Request:

  1. Log in → Go to “My Orders”

  2. Find the relevant order → Click “Request Return/Exchange”

  3. Select a reason → Upload product photos or an unboxing video (if damaged)

  4. Submit your request — we’ll review it within 1–2 business days

  5. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Some items (e.g., custom or perishable goods) are non-returnable — see product page for details

🔄 Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges are available for same item in a different size or color, subject to stock

  • To switch to a different product, please return the original and place a new order

  • Exchange orders will ship after we receive the original item

💰 Shipping Fees:

  • We cover return shipping for quality-related issues

  • For personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), return shipping is paid by the customer

  • First-time exchange shipping is free; return shipping follows the above policy

📌 Special Cases:

  • Damaged items: Submit photos or an unboxing video within 72 hours of delivery

  • Wrong item received: Contact support immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

  • International orders: Return shipping and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility — please contact support for guidance
