We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange. Here’s how it works:
Log in → Go to “My Orders”
Find the relevant order → Click “Request Return/Exchange”
Select a reason → Upload product photos or an unboxing video (if damaged)
Submit your request — we’ll review it within 1–2 business days
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the item
Some items (e.g., custom or perishable goods) are non-returnable — see product page for details
Exchanges are available for same item in a different size or color, subject to stock
To switch to a different product, please return the original and place a new order
Exchange orders will ship after we receive the original item
We cover return shipping for quality-related issues
For personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), return shipping is paid by the customer
First-time exchange shipping is free; return shipping follows the above policy
Damaged items: Submit photos or an unboxing video within 72 hours of delivery
Wrong item received: Contact support immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund
International orders: Return shipping and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility — please contact support for guidance
