Take Photos & Provide Unboxing Video Capture clear photos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label. If possible, include an unboxing video — this helps us verify the issue and speed up the resolution process.

Submit a Request Log in → Go to “My Orders” → Select the affected order → Click “Report Issue” or “Request Support” → Upload photos, video, and describe the problem.
- Review & Resolution We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and offer a solution (replacement, refund, or return).
