Changed your mind or made a mistake during checkout? No worries! You can easily modify or cancel your order before it’s shipped.

🛒 Can I Modify My Order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can:

  • Change the quantity of items

  • Update the shipping address(A 5% handling fee of the product value will be charged for successful change)

  • Add or remove products

📦 Attempting Interception 

If your order has already been shipped, we may still be able to help. You can contact our support team to request a shipment interception.

  • A handling fee of 5% of the product value may be charged for successful interception
